Om lord how awesome is spend time waching your vid brothers it is like well is time to have some mental explotion ahahaha those wood are unic . Hi from puerto rico
A little thing that i really liked was you said "sorry mate" while you were patting him. I do the same thing.
Great stuff lads ,i enjoyed that ,great atitude ,keep it up ,from an old fella.
I rate this biv series! I hope that you keep it up
The boys love there tucker love your pods boys kiwi living oz the views are fantastic your mountain hunts are great give it all you've got cheers Al
Gotta eat well out there! Cheers mate, good to hear
Love seeing the passion and integrity of giving that stag a pass good karma coming your way boys
Enjoyed the video, you guys do it well
Going to try out that twin needle fly and bino bag when I get back into the country. Have you tried the 30D version instead of your heavier weight one yet? Always happy to spend my money with those smaller NZ businesses where the product is actually made in NZ. Sleeping mats are a tricky one, I've tried a few and they all suffer the same problems. The Bushbuck one has surprised me, it was dirt cheap and R5 rated and it hasn't popped yet after some pretty hairy locations.
You won't be disappointed, can't rate twinneedle gear enough. Yeah we tried the 30D one on a trip this year, slept under it for 4 nights and had no issues. Awesome piece of kit! Yeah we're yet to crack it with sleeping mats, pretty important piece of kit!
good spot, heading in there this coming weekend if the weather holds out, been in before but camped near the base of C creek
What a cool hunt. That hunt looked like absolute hell to my American ass. It reminds me of coastal Oregon. Steep and thick! Great stag and very entertaining. Thanks for sharing, lads.
Definitely a type 2 fun experience down there! Cheers mate
Thanks!
Legend, thanks mate!
Great call letting him walk, full credit and respect to you all.
That was awesome, keep it up!!
Soinds effects are very good goes well with the footqge
What an awesome adventure! Well done. Your footage and editing is epic bro. Just found your channel the other day and have been binge watching everything!
Why not shoot that stag? There has not been anyone bigger too see And are you just going too look and look for somthing who isnt there
Awesome videos! Good honest depiction of hunting in NZ. I like how humble you guys are and not afraid to show the highs and lows and what you're learning along the way. Great formula for an enjoyable watch.
Just earnt yourselves another sub tu meke for letting him spread his genes for another year 💪🏿 solid footage chur chur
Just found your channel this last week. I'm a fair bit older than you lads but hoping to get out there (Canterbury) with my little fella nonetheless, if my knee holds up (skydiving injury). Totally jealous of your exploits! You may have mentioned in a previous video that maybe I haven't yet found, but what rifle, caliber, scope and ammo are you using? I'm just in the process of applying for a FAL and will be hopefully hunting in a year or two. Got a whole heap to learn. Good work lads, keep 'em coming, and thank you.
Hey mate, we've all owned and used a .308 (two of us have a Tikka t3 and one sako a7). Been shooting 150g game heads on those, great for all our big game out to about 300 meters. Had a Leopold 3x9 on it, but recently upgraded to a vortex 3x15. We also have a Hardy Rifles .300 prc for longer range hunting, very nice gun 👍
Here's a thought on an obvious easy weight saving - no undies! Also those gaiters sound heavy are other brands this heavy? Thanks for thr video - very thorough. Would love to do my own dehy - cheers for the inspiration. Also thanks for lugging all that camera gear so you can share what you do, legends!
FFS do meters boys your in NZ
Brilliant, again. That falcon is pretty well known in Hanmer and seems to be doing OK!
Good bless ldol from dipaculao aurora borlongan Philippines

Cheers big fella!
Surely you guys take a slow cooker in the hut with some lamb shanks 😂
Funny you should mention that...
@@southislandriflewalkers5545 legends 😂
Your are a tough bunch don't think people realise how bloody hard it is dragging that gear around
Cool video. Whats the case you use to hold your MTN bipod under bino holder.
Cheers mate. It's the twinneedle bipod attachment, super handy. They've got all sorts of different add ons for it
Iberians introduced these goats 500 years ago. I call them Oceanian black-and-ivory goats because they're found in Australia and New Zealand. Rangeland goats in Australia are invasive. It's very likely that New Zealand ones aren't invasive. They should be protected.
They're wrestling, not fighting
Kickboxing! 😂
That mixer was some wild shit 😊
450y of stability
Stabilize ! Did I win?
🎉That's a stylish moustache Raddy is sporting 👌
Cool country to explore guys well done.
Blender and cream! 😂🎉 Awesome!
👌
Great watching as always lads! What was the mini lantern hanging in the tent towards the end of the video ??
Cheers mate! The mini one is the led lenser ML4 rechargeable lantern and the bigger the ML6. Absolutely wee piece of kit that makes hut / camp life that much better!
Cheers fullahs awesome season
Enjoyable as ever boys look forward to the next. " Stability"
I was at Minchin Biv...maybe 20 years ago and she was about to be blown away, so good to see its still there and has been fixed up. The top Poulter Biv was pretty cool too an A frame me thinks from memory, caught a 6lb rainbow in Lake Minchin. Thanks for posting this great memories.
